If someone is found to be measuring or weighing or selling, distributing or using a measuring or weighing device in violation of this Act, the inspector may order to stop the use of such measuring or weighing device.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the procedure related to banning, taking control or confiscation of measuring/weighing or weighing devices shall be as prescribed.
